Cabbage January King Late 3 – Winter Cutting

Very hardy drumhead type, tinged with red. Matures from December and is a very hardy and popular variety with an excellent flavour. Stands well. RHS AGM

Cabbages will grow in most fertile soils. dig in compost or manure the previous autumn, add lime in the winter if the pH of the soil is below 6.8.

Sow 2cm (3/4″) deep.

Plant 30-45cm (12-18″) apart.

Space rows 40-60cm (16-24″) apart.
