Pak Choi Green Stem Chifu

An elegant variety with upright tapering waist for easy harvest. Vigorous, compact, with bright, glossy green leaves and medium long, glossy petioles. Suitable for spring and autumn plantings.

Choose a warm, sheltered site with fertile soil that won’t dry out.

Sow seed in a sunny position in fertile soil.

Sow seed thinly, 2cm (¾”) deep

Rows 30-38cm (12-15″) apart

Gradually thin seedlings to 20cm (8in) for semi-mature plants and to 25-30cm (10-12in) for mature plants. The thinnings can be eaten.
