Cabbage Spring Hero F1 – Spring Cutting

Spring Hero is the first Spring Cabbage that produces solid ball heads. It has an excellent standing ability and can be picked over several weeks. It has a good tolerance to cold and can survive the harshest of winters.

Cabbages will grow in most fertile soils. dig in compost or manure the previous autumn, add lime in the winter if the pH of the soil is below 6.8.

Sow 2cm (3/4″) deep.

Plant 30-45cm (12-18″) apart.

Space rows 40-60cm (16-24″) apart.
