Can be grown under cover for early crops. A reliable variety that crops heavily. It has long, thick, white shafts and dark green leaves.

Leeks need a deep, well drained soil enriched with well-rotted compost or manure.

Sow 2.5cm (1″) deep.

Plant 15cm (6″) deep.

Plant 15-20cm (6-8″) apart.

Space rows 30-38cm (12-15″) apart.
