Pak Choi Red Choi F1

Changes from dark green leaves with maroon veins to dark maroon leaves with green under side when mature.

Grows best in a sunny position in fertile soil. Keep well watered to avoid bolting and blandness.

Sow 1cm (½”) deep in rows 30-38cm (12-15″) apart. Thin to 25-30cm (10-12″) for mature plants. Thinnings can be used in salads.
