Spinach New Zealand

A highly nutritious variety which is ideal for growing under hot dry conditions where other spinach tends to bolt. A ‘cut and come again’ variety that grows well in containers as well as open ground.

Spinach will grow almost anywhere, even in partial shade in summer. It needs a fertile soil which has been enriched with compost or manure or a nitrogenous fertilizer.

Sow 2cm (¾”) deep.

Thin to 7-15cm (3-6″) apart.

Rows 30cm (12″) apart.
