Wild Rocket

Rocket leaves add a unique peppery taste to salads. Wild Rocket has an intense flavour compared to other salad rockets and a more prostrate growth. Sow February to October. Repeat sowings every 2 or 3 weeks should provide a continuous crop. The season can be extended in poly tunnels.

Rocket is not fussy and should grow in any fertile soil that does not dry out. Happiest in partial shade.

Sow thinly .5cm (¼”) deep.

Thin to 10cm (4″) apart.

Rows 25-30cm (10-12″) apart.
